The Animal Foundation Celebrates Mother's Day with 'Pets Need Moms, Too' Adoption Promotion May 12-19
Beginning Mother’s Day (May 12) and though May 19, The Animal Foundation is offering various adoption specials in the hopes of finding special moms (or dads) for the shelter’s adorable rabbits, cats and dogs in search of loving homes. If you have two-legged or four-legged kids at home already, or you’re considering adopting, now is a great time to expand your family with free adoptions for all rabbits, cats six months or older and dogs six months or older and weighing more than 30 pounds.

The free pet adoptions beginning on May 12 and continuing through May 19 will include spay/neuter surgery, microchip and up-to-date vaccines.  A city/government fee up to $10 may apply. Prospective pet parents can visit The Animal Foundation’s new Engelstad Family Adoption Center from 11am to 7pm daily to meet the shelter pets.

The Animal Foundation is one of the highest volume single-site animal shelters and pet adoption centers in the nation and provides refuge for thousands of homeless animals throughout the Las Vegas Valley. This latest promotion is just one of the many life-saving and life-changing efforts implemented as part of Mission: Possible 2020, the initiative to save all healthy and treatable animals in our care by 2020.

The Animal Foundation is located at 655 North Mojave Road. For search for adoptable furkids, please visit animalfoundation.com.
