“Our vision for the ‘all new’ Boulevard was to create the ultimate family entertainment destination in Vegas,” said Roland Sansone, president of Sansone Companies – the company responsible for The Boulevard’s impressive renovation project. “SeaQuest is an additional commitment to the Las Vegas community that provides a kid-friendly environment and an educational component to Vegas, ideal for school field trips.”

Since their purchase of the Boulevard in 2013, Sansone has invested over $30 million, including a recently completed, $1.4 million investment in security improvements and upgrades to the property, which included investments in landscaping, security and personnel. The Boulevard is currently poised to become an exciting, one-stop shop epicenter for family fun.

Additionally, Sansone Companies, which purchased the mall in 2015, is committed to addressing the cultural diversity of Vegas. In addition to anchor tenants such as Macy’s and J.C. Penney, the company is also focused on supporting local and philanthropic tenants such as the Hispanic Museum of Nevada and Goodwill of Southern Nevada.

SeaQuest, an all-day family experience, is located between Macy’s and Goodwill. Visitors will travel through majestic themed exhibits that travel through the California Coast to the Amazon Rainforest, Egyptian Desert, Mayan Jungle, and the Caribbean Cove with additional interactive exhibits such as Shark Lagoon. True to the quest, guests are invited to connect with animals and their eco-systems through various hands-on activities which include hand feeding sharks, stingrays, birds and tropical animals.

“There are not a lot of things to do for children in Las Vegas,” said Shane Shmida, Owner and Operator of SeaQuest Interactive Aquarium. “It was important for our team to build and partner with a centrally based destination, such as The Boulevard, to present this educational aquarium for both local and tourists to enjoy.”

Conveniently located a few blocks east of the Vegas Strip, SeaQuest Interactive Aquarium immerses you in a complete world of adventure. With exhibits packed to the gills with flashy fish, brightly-colored birds, riveting reptiles and more, it’s a splash of adventure for families and kids of all ages.
