“We’ve received numerous requests over the years to bring The Broken Yolk Cafe to Las Vegas, and we are are excited to finally bring one of San Diego’s most popular restaurants to the valley,” said Randy Corrigan, The Broken Yolk Cafe Las Vegas franchise owner. “Vegas has established itself as a foodie destination, with particular emphasis on breakfast and brunch. Our vibrant menu, in addition to our full bar, is perfect for both locals and visitors.”

The Las Vegas location will be open daily from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., serving everything from traditional bacon and eggs to specialty dishes including Tiki Toast with three extra thick slices of sweet Hawaiian bread dipped in egg batter and grilled to a golden brown and topped with strawberries, blueberries, shredded coconut, caramel drizzle and powdered sugar; the Golden State Benedict, a toasted English muffin with sliced grilled tomato, avocado, applewood-smoked bacon and two poached eggs topped with hollandaise sauce and Sriracha; the Fiesta Burrito with scrambled eggs, onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, seasoned shredded beef and cheddar cheese wrapped in a flour tortilla, smothered with homemade salsa verde and topped with sour cream, sliced avocado and fresh salsa; and the Good Morning Burger with fresh angus beef, two fried eggs, applewood-smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise.

Featured on Travel Channel’s “Man v. Food,” the BYC Challenge is a dozen egg omelet filled to the brim with mushrooms, onions and American cheese, then smothered with chili and topped with more cheese. Paired with a generous pile of home fries and two biscuits, individuals who eat it all in under an hour receive the meal for free, along with a t-shirt and a spot on the hall of fame wall.

Guests can complement their meal with Bloody Marys, mimosa flights, sangria and only in Vegas specialty cocktails including, Suit & Thai, Chai Little One, Smoke & Spice and more.
