To help celebrate Chanukah this year, The District at Green Valley Ranch, a mixed-use shopping, dining and lifestyle center in the Las Vegas Valley, will host a Grand Menorah Lighting event on Tuesday, December 4.

People of all faiths are invited to attend this touching celebration which will symbolically express the Jewish community’s appreciation for this country’s religious freedoms. The lighting of the menorah itself will symbolize freedom from oppression, spirit over matter, and light over darkness.
Presented by the Chabad of Henderson, the event will feature:
- The lighting of the menorah, an eight-branched candelabrum
- Traditional Jewish dreidel games
- Live music and entertainment
- FREE doughnuts and treats for the children
