It’s time to break out the black and white attire and dress to impress. Tickets are on sale now for Aid for AIDS of Nevada’s (AFAN) 29th Annual Black & White Party at The Joint at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino on Saturday, Aug. 29 from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. with VIP entry at 8 p.m. (Pictured: Cast of LIMELIGHT at a previous year’s event – Photo: © Erik Kabik / www.ErikKabik.com). 

As one of Las Vegas’ most anticipated events of the year, the night will be packed with eye catching fashion and entertainment from DJ Axis, Boiis, Brandon Godfrey, The Sound Collage and The Perry Twins on the DJ decks, bringing their LA energy to the dancefloor. As always, tickets are all-inclusive so guests can eat, drink and dance the night away with delicious dining options from the Strip’s best chefs and mixologists serving up top-shelf liquor brands from Back Bar USA.

The ticket price also grants admission to the following day’s Temptation Sundays pool party at the Luxor.

The Joint will be visually transformed with over-the-top decor by The International Special Events Society Las Vegas Chapter (ISES-LV) and guests can bid on silent auction dining and entertainment packages.

$50 GA, $130 VIP with early entry available at afanlv.org. Black and white attire required for admission. All proceeds from the night will go to AFAN’s client services to benefit children and adults in the Las Vegas community living with and affected by HIV/AIDS.

Aid for AIDS of Nevada (AFAN) was founded in 1984 and is the oldest and largest AIDS service organization in the state of Nevada. 2014 marked AFAN’s 30th anniversary of unyielding commitment to the community, providing support and advocacy for adults and children living with and affected by HIV/AIDS in southern Nevada. AFAN offers consistent and comprehensive direct client service programs, including medical case management, housing and utility assistance, emergency food and transportation vouchers, prevention and education programs and community outreach. As part of AFAN’s mission, these client service programs assist in enhancing the physical health and psychosocial wellness of the individuals they serve, while promoting dignity and improving the quality of their lives.
