Toast to the Summer Season with Another Edition of Sammy’s Social Club at Sammy’s Restaurant & Bar
Sammy’s Restaurant & Bar in Henderson, Nev., will host a four-course wine pairing dinner as part of Sammy’s Social Club beginning at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, May 19 (Pictured: Red Quinoa Salad).
Sammy’s Social Club will be priced at $55 per person and feature a selection of favorite blends paired with each course. The meal will begin with a red quinoa salad mixed with organic golden beets, tomatoes, avocadoes, onions, wild arugula, parsley, toasted almonds, mint, scallions and a citrus chili vinaigrette, accompanied by a glass of Dreaming Tree Crush Red Blend.
Flat Iron Steak
The second course will offer a hearty serving of meatballs in marinara sauce paired with a glass of Wild Horse Winery ‘GSM’ (Grenache – Syrah – Mourvedre), followed by the entrée course featuring flat iron steak served with spiced lentils and a Ruffino Modus Toscana IGT (Indicazione Geografica Tipica).
A signature Yummy Honey Pizza topped with sheep’s milk cheese, organic oregano and honey, will be served for dessert along with a glass of Dreaming Tree Everyday White Wine.
