Touchdown! Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant to offer ‘Tailgate Happy Hour’ for 2016 Football Season
Set, hut! Pancho’s Mexican Restaurant, located in Downtown Summerlin, is kicking off the 2016 football season with viewing parties and a “Tailgate Happy Hour” for regular season NFL games beginning Sunday, Sept. 11 (Pictured: Botanas Especiales los Pancho’s – Photo credit: Chris Wessling).
Pancho’s will show NFL games on high-definition televisions spread throughout its cantina. The “Tailgate Happy Hour” will be offered exclusively in the restaurant’s festive cantina from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. every Sunday, featuring half-priced select appetizers and drink specials, including: $1.25 off draft beer, $2.25 off house and flavored margaritas, $3 off well cocktails and $3.20 off house wines.
Featured appetizers will include the Botanas Especiales, a combination platter loaded with cheesy flour quesadillas, crispy chicken drumsticks, beef taquitos and chicken flautas, served with sour cream and guacamole, priced at $8.50 during happy hour; Taquitos con Guacamole, four corn tortillas filled with spicy shredded beef or chicken, rolled and served flauta style with a side of guacamole, priced at $7 during happy hour; and Queso Fundido, a blend of melted cheeses, cream cheese, artichoke hearts and slices of jalapeño served in a ceramic skillet, priced at $7.50 during happy hour.
The cantina will also be offering Saturday drink specials for college football viewing from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. with $1.25 off draft beer, $2.25 off house and flavored margaritas, $3 off well cocktails and $3.20 off house wines.
