Trevi Introduces New Seasonal Dishes and Cocktails

Executive Chef Peter Scaturro created the new menu items which include: an autumn salad made with crisp Belgian endive, arugula and chicory topped with cranberry vinaigrette, candied walnuts, roasted butternut squash, gorgonzola, smoked prosciutto and a fig jam crostini, starting at $10; lamb osso bucco featuring a slow-braised herb lamb foreshank served atop a vegetable risotto and red wine lamb demi-glace reduction, offered at $29; and the lamb bolognese made with hearty lamb and earthy wild mushrooms simmered with plum tomatoes, garlic, fresh basil and mint served over pappardelle pasta, starting at $23.

TREVI will also offer a new crème brûlée trio, priced at $8, made of three mini crème brûlées with pumpkin spice, eggnog and cappuccino flavors.

Four new dessert cocktails include: gingerbread cookie made with Kahlua Gingerbread Liqueur, vanilla vodka, brown sugar and cinnamon; key lime pie martini featuring Licor 43 Liqueur, fresh lime juice and topped with whipped cream; tiramisu martini made with Bailey’s Irish Cream, Kahlua, dark rum and espresso; and spiced apple cocktail that combines Jim Beam Red Stag Spiced Bourbon and chilled apple cider. The spiced apple cocktail may also be ordered as a toddy with hot apple cider.
