TREVI to Participate in Eighth Annual Fall Las Vegas Restaurant Week to Benefit Three Square Food Bank
TREVI
inside The Forum Shops at Caesars will offer a special prix fixe menu to benefit Three Square Food Bank during Fall Las Vegas Restaurant Week from Friday, Aug. 22 through Thursday, Aug. 28 (Pictured: Fettuccine Gamberi with Pesto – Photo credit: Chef Peter Scaturro)

Priced at $40.14 per person, Executive Chef Peter Scaturro’s three-course menu begins with the option of TREVI’s field greens or a traditional Caesar salad. The main entrée will feature the choice of the fettuccine al pesto con gamberi tossed with sautéed shrimp, sun-dried tomatoes, pine nuts and basil in a pesto cream sauce; or chicken Marsala sautéed with a Marsala wine and mushroom sauce, served with green beans and linguine in pomarella sauce.

For dessert, guests will indulge in a trio of gelato or sorbetto with the option to choose any three flavors such as pistachio, Italian vanilla, chocolate mousse, strawberry and more. As a Silver participant, TREVI will donate $4 of each Restaurant Week menu sold directly to Three Square.

Since its inception in 2007, Las Vegas Restaurant Week has raised more than $852,000 for Three Square, including nearly $66,000 during this year’s Spring Las Vegas Restaurant Week, helping to provide more than 2.5 million meals to more than 340,000 food-insecure men, women and children in Southern Nevada.

TREVI is open daily for lunch and dinner from 11 a.m. until 11 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. until midnight on Friday and Saturday.
