TREVI to Support Three Square Food Bank During Las Vegas Restaurant Week
TREVI inside The Forum Shops at Caesars will help combat hunger by offering a special prix fixe menu during Las Vegas Restaurant Week benefitting Three Square Food Bank from Monday, June 6, through Friday, June 17 (Pictured: Vanilla Gelato).
Priced at $40 per guest, Executive Chef Jose Navarro’s specialty meal begins with a family-sized portion of calamari fritti, crispy calamari served with marinara and black pepper aioli. The appetizer course provides a choice of a Caesar salad with romaine, parmesan, croutons and traditional dressing; or TREVI’s signature minestrone soup.
The main entrée selections include chicken marsala, featuring sautéed medallions topped with a Marsala wine and mushroom sauce, served with green beans and pappardelle cacio e pepe; penne bianco, Chilean sea bass and shrimp tossed in a vibrant bianco sauce; or pappardelle Bolognese, boasting a house-made meat sauce, a jumbo meatball and zesty marinara sauce. To end on a sweet note, the final course offers house-made vanilla or chocolate gelato, or the house-made raspberry or lemon sorbetto.
As a Silver participant, TREVI will donate $4 from each Restaurant Week menu sold directly to Three Square. Since 2007, more than 2.5 million meals have been provided for those in need through Las Vegas Restaurant Week.
