, a Bombay Kitchen and Tapas Bar, is now open and ready to showcase their traditionally international menu filled with a variety of Indian classics to the Las Vegas community. 

This is Urban Turban’s first location in the United States following the success of their New Zealand location.

Urban Turban head chef, Vijay Deokar, created a menu that fuses an assortment of Indian cuisine styles with American favorites. Tapas style offerings, known as Bombay Bites, include a variety of chicken, lamb, seafood and vegetarian options for guests. Bombay Bites menu items include Lamb Sliders, Ginger Chicken, Salt N Pepper Calamari and more.

Additionally, Urban Turban offers sharing platters, like the Seafood Platter, that consists of gunpowder shrimp, curry leaf prawns and fish bites. Patrons can enjoy bottomless curries with unlimited refills like Himalayan Chicken, Bombay Lamb Masala and many more. Urban Turban Classics include Chicken Tikka Masala, Pesto Chilli Salmon and Salli Boti. The menu has additional options that include soups, salads, breads, rice, noodles and more. Urban Turban also offers vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.

Guests will want to save room for dessert staples like the Chocolate Samosa, Paan Shot and in-house made ice cream with flavors that include rose, beetle nut and mango, just to name a few. The Urban Turban bar offers local craft beers on tap, well-matched wines and a specialty cocktail menu that includes the Bourbon Turban, Indian Mule, East India and more.

“Opening our new international location has been an exciting rollercoaster,” said Urban Turban’s Chief Operating Officer, Bhushan Arolkar. “Now that we are open we are focused on producing authentic Bombay food mixed with outstanding customer service and a modern dining ambiance.”
