Urban Turban Bombay Kitchen & Tapas Bar Launches Gourmet “Turbanator” Buffet
Urban Turban Bombay Kitchen & Tapas Bar, located at 3900 Paradise Road near the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, has introduced a modern Indian lunch buffet, offered from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday (Pictured: Urban Turban Mixed Salads – Photo credit: Urban Turban).
The “Turbanator” is Urban Turban’s modern take on a traditional Indian buffet, with signature selections offered in a quick and tasty format. Priced at $11.95 per person, buffet lunch items include appetizers, vegetarian selections, curries and desserts, with menu items updated daily.

Sample selections include vegetable samosas, deep fried filo packets filled with a spiced potato mash; chicken tikka masala, chicken marinated in yogurt, mustard oil, red chili and herbs cooked with tomato gravy; goat kadai, slowly cooked pieces of goat in a chunky tomato sauce tempered with mustard seeds and coriander; and navratan korma, a flavorful vegetarian curry made various vegetables, nuts and cashew paste. Dessert selections include gulab jamun, round dumplings made of thickened milk and soaked in sugar syrup; and rice pudding made with coconut milk, raisins and nuts.
Urban Turban Bombay Kitchen & Tapas Bar is open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Sunday, 11 a.m. until late on Monday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday and 11 a.m. until late on Friday and Saturday. Urban Turban is open for lunch Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. with a daily happy hour from 4 to 7 p.m. at the bar, with the dining room at 5 p.m. until closing for dinner. Urban Turban also features a late night menu and entertainment lineup Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays from 10 p.m. until late.
