¡Vamos a brunch! Salud Mexican Bistro and Tequileria, the popular new restaurant located in the heart of The Lakes in Las Vegas, is proud to introduce a delicious and flavorful new brunch menu (Pictured: Salud Top Sirloin).
Created by esteemed Executive Chef Israel Reyes, the eclectic brunch menu showcases the remarkable flavors of conventional Mexican cuisine with a unique, modern flair – the calling cards of the Salud Mexican Bistro and Tequileria menu. The new brunch menu is available Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., beginning Sunday, Oct. 15.

Jalapeno Bacon and Egg Flautas with Mexican Potatoes and Charro Beans for $14, Lobster Huevos Benedicto with Mexican Potatoes and Chipotle Hollandaise for $24, Chile Verde Omelette with Mexican Potatoes and Charro Beans for $15, Divorced Eggs Con Nopales with Refried Beans and Esalada de Fruta for $14, Pork Belly Spinach Mushroom Fritata with Mexican Potatoes and Ensalada de Fruta for $16, Crepes with Agave Nectar, Enchiladas De Pollo Con Huevos with Charro Beans and Ensalada de Fruta for $14 and Steak Diablo Con Chilaquiles y Huevo with a 12 Oz. Flank Steak and Refried Beans for $22.
For those looking to wet their whistle, the Salud Mexican Bistro and Tequileria brunch menu includes cocktails and margaritas for $12 apiece. Cocktails include The Smashing Pumpkin with Pumpkin Puree, Horchata Liqueur, Semental Cinnamon-Infused Tequila and a Cinnamon Sugar Rim, the Prickly Perarita with Patron Citron, Prickly Par, Lime Juice and Agave Nectar and Cinnamon Toast Crunch Shooter with Semental Cinnamon-Infused Tequila, Horchata Liqueur and a Cinnamon Sugar Rim. Bottomless Mimosas and Sangria are also available for $18.
