V&E Restaurant Group Expands Their Culinary Reach with the Addition of the Terraza by Café Americano on The Vegas Strip
V&E Restaurant Group has announced their third Las Vegas Strip venue with the addition of the Terraza by Café Americano, an eclectic urban eatery set to open with full menu launch beginning Saturday, Jun. 8. Located just off the grand lobby of Caesars Palace Las Vegas, V&E Restaurant Group’s Café Americano imaginatively redefines the worldly street food experience into an urban eatery. At the helm of Executive Chef Matt Fresinski, chef elevates the most widely enjoyed north-of-the-border travels with his take on various cuisines and fine ingredients from several continents, creating dishes from ocean to land with Latin, American, Asian and Tex-Mex influences.

“It is time for the emergence of native eats, which typically were only available in ethnic neighborhoods, to be celebrated and accessible to a larger segment of the population,” says Fresinski. “With selections including a Banh Mi sandwich and Korean chicken tacos, our urban fare promises to awaken your taste buds.”
While most restaurants specialize in one category, the Terraza by Café Americano will elevate flavors and fillings. Promising the freshest and largest array of accompaniments to pair with the perfect libations, the new hot spot will feature beverages ranging from brunch cocktails to their Mega Mule, certain to quench the thirst for large parties. A dedicated weekend brunch menu boasts delectable items such as the Cinnamon roll waffle, perfect for starting the day on a sweet, al fresco note.
The climate-controlled patio is conveniently located on the Las Vegas Strip at Caesars Palace just steps from the main entrance of the resort. Guests will enjoy award-winning mixology with a full bar, a-la-carte seating or a lounge/communal dining inclusive of 22 dining tables. One of the main attractions also includes eight televisions and one boasting a 16ft x 9 ft screen. This screen is one of the largest of any Strip entertainment experiences, allowing the Terraza to broadcast four different channels with a split screen for viewing major sports events and shows.
