Wine and Dine Your Valentine at HEXX Las Vegas with Romantic Prix Fixe Menu and Chocolate Gift Baskets
HEXX Kitchen + Bar and HEXX Chocolate + Confexxions at Paris Las Vegas will set the mood for a sweet and delicious Valentine’s Day with a three-course prix fixe menu for two available exclusively on Tuesday, Feb. 14 and wine and chocolate gift baskets, available throughout the month of February.
Paired with romantic views of the Las Vegas Strip on HEXX’s heated Strip-side patio, couples will be treated to a three-course menu prepared by Executive Chef Matthew Piekarski. The meal will begin with Hearts of Palm salad, topped with blood orange vinaigrette, avocado, candied quinoa, pomello, fennel and red onion.
For the main course, HEXX will serve prime filet mignon with butter poached prawns, accompanied by freekah risotto and roasted Brussels sprouts. The meal will conclude with HEXX’s chocolate mousse featuring single-origin Tanzania chocolate mousse, housemade peanut butter crème, sweet and spicy peanuts and Concord grape gelee.

Guests can purchase a gift basket themed for the holiday at HEXX Chocolate + Confexxions, located adjacent to HEXX Kitchen + Bar. The gift basket includes a bottle of Summers Andriana’s Cuvee Cabernet Sauvignon (Sonoma-Napa-Lake). Each basket will also include five 2.12-ounce dark bars and five 2.12-ounce milk bars. The gift basket is priced at $94.95.
