With scorching temperatures in full force, Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill at Downtown Summerlin is bringing the heat with not one, but two promotions during the month of July. Bar & Grill will extend its featured BBQ menu, limited to the third weekend of the month (Pictured: Joseph James Brewing Summer of Beer Dinner).
For $19 per person Saturday, July 15 beginning at 1 p.m., the BBQ menu will feature Bar & Grill’s signature ¼ rack of baby back ribs, ¼ chicken (legs and thighs), pulled pork, cornbread and chef’s choice of sides all plated patio-side on the grill. Carry-out options are also available.
In addition, July makes way for its coveted Summer of Beer dinner part two of three planned for Tuesday, July 11. Alongside it’s brewing partner Joseph James Brewing Co, the evening will commence at 6 p.m. to welcome beer-goers and ticketholders with an appetizer greet before the meal kicks off at 6:30 p.m. where pairings and Summertime picnic-themed menu items will be passed throughout the dining room.

Beer: Blood Orange and Cranberry Berliner Weisse
Second Course (family-style)
Buttermilk fried chicken, BBQ baby back ribs, Four cheese mac and cheese, coleslaw with cider dressing, jalapeño corn bread, and grilled market vegetables in an herb gremolata
Beer: Hop Box Imperial IPA, Weize Guy Hefeweizen
Third Course (dessert)
Brownie Sundae with Bing Cherry Ice Cream and chocolate sauce drizzle
Beer: Imperial Smoked Porter with Vanilla Beans
