Southern Nevada CCIM Chapter Hosts Community Caring Project with Non-Profit, Project Marilyn

As part of its Community Caring Project, the Southern Nevada CCIM Chapter is pleased to host a caring day on August 4, from 8:30am to 12 pm to benefit #nonprofitProject Marilyn, which provides feminine hygiene products to those in need and to end period poverty.  1 in 4 consumers cannot afford period supplies due to lack of income and they are also the least donated item when the community comes together to help.

Project Marilyn is accepting donations of tampons, maxi pads, and hygiene wipes.  All items must be individually wrapped.

Each Project Marilyn bag contains enough tampons, maxi pads and wipes to carry a women through her monthly cycle. In the month of July, the non-profit gave out 720 of these bags as well as 10,000 individual maxi pads.
