A legendary Italian sandwich shop called All’Antico Vinaio is set to open sooner than expected at the Uncommons in Southwest Las Vegas.
All’Antico Vinaio started life as a wine bar and sandwich counter in 1989 in Florence, Italy. Since then, it has expanded to new locations in Milan, Rome, and New York City.
Now, the sandwich shop — which is known for lines that snake down the street in Florence — is opening an outpost in Las Vegas, according to Eater. Although not a traditional pasta-serving eatery like we know in the U.S., it’s certain to become one of the best Italian restaurants in Las Vegas.
The All’Antico Vinaio location in Las Vegas will host its grand opening event at 11 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 26. If you’re lucky enough to be one of the first 100 customers, the sandwich shop will reward you with a free sandwich!

As far as what you can expect from All’Antico Vinaio, the sandwich shop is known for a wide range of delicious — and world-famous — sandwiches crafted with authentic Tuscan ingredients.
You can expect sandwiches like the:
- La schiacciata del boss sandwich, made with prosciutto, pecorino, and truffle cream.
- La Summer, which is made with prosciutto, mozzarella, tomato, and basil.
- The Paradiso, which is made with mortadella, stracciatella, pistachio cream, and pistachio crumbles.
As mentioned earlier, the All’Antico Vinaio outpost in Vegas will be located at the Uncommons, which is located at 8533 Rozita Lee Avenue, Suite 100. Seating will be available in the property’s courtyard.
