Farm Basket, Beloved Local Restaurant, Opening Third Location
Farm Basket, a beloved local eatery in Las Vegas known for turkey and chicken dishes, is opening up a third location.
If you’re not familiar with Farm Basket, it might be because you’re not a Las Vegas local. Among those born and raised in Sin City, Farm Basket has been serving up chicken and turkey dishes for more than 40 years.
Now, the local restaurant chain is planning to open a third location in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area, according to the Review-Journal.
As far as what you can expect from Farm Basket, here’s a small sampling of their menu.
- The Clucker: A famous chicken sandwich served with miracle whip, cranberry sauce, and a toasted and buttered hoagie roll.
- The Gobbler: The same idea as the Clucker, but with turkey instead of chicken.
- Finger Meal Deal: Four hand-breaded chicken fingers with a choice of fries and a drink.
- Clucketos: Rolled chicken tacos topped with lettuce, cheese, and a side of salsa.
- Turkey Steak Dinner: A fried turkey steak smothered in mashed potatoes and gravy, and served with a side of coleslaw and a country roll.
In other words, the restaurant is an excellent choice after hitting one of the best dispensaries on the Las Vegas strip.
The new Farm Basket location will be at 9435 S. Rainbow Boulevard close to Blue Diamond Road. It is set to open to the public sometime in February.
Existing Farm Basket locations are located at 6148 W. Charleston Blvd and 2350 S. Nellis Blvd. They’re open from 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. each day except Sunday.
