Como Poolside Cafe & Bar: The Bellagio’s New Mediterranean Eatery

There’s a new option for poolside drinking and dining at The Bellagio just in time for summer and spring. Enter Como Poolside Cafe & Bar.

Just in time for pool season, Como Poolside Cafe & Bar brings a breezy bar environment and a delicious Mediterranean menu to the newly renovated pool at The Bellagio, which is bound to become one of the best pool party spots in Las Vegas.

For poolside breakfast and brunch, Como features option like avocado bruschetta, blueberry pancakes, fluffy French toast, and an assortment of different breakfast sandwich options.

Those looking for the lunch option will find a stacked menu of fresh and delicious cuisine, including the following:

  • Shrimp cocktails
  • Prosciutto & Burrata with parmesan fritto
  • Greek Salad with gem lettuce, feta, artichoke hearts, and more
  • Como Sushi Roll with Bigeye tuna, Tempura Shrimp, Pickled Jalapeños and crunchy chili
  • Grilled salmon Piccata with rosemary garlic potatoes, and asparagus lemon caper sauce
  • Grilled chicken panini with mozzarella, parmesan, ciabatta, and vodka sauce

Since it’s located at the pool, you can also lounge with your drink and refreshments in an oasis with five different pools and four whirlpools, Eater reported.
