Esther Choi Joins Other Celebrity Chefs at Las Vegas Food Hall

The food hall at Caesars Palace Las Vegas will get yet another celebrity chef — this time a restaurant by Esther Choi.

Esther Choi is known for her appearances on the Food Network, including a recent run on “Iron Chef: Quest for an Iron Legend.” She’s now opening a new restaurant in Las Vegas called Mokbar, according to Eater Las Vegas.

The restaurant will feature a variety of different Korean dishes, such as fried chicken, rice bowls, ramen, and pan-fried dumplings. Some of the specific items on the menu include:

  • A Bulgogi bowl with thinly sliced ribeye steak marinated in Korean barbecue sauce and sautéed with carrots, onions, kimchi, and egg.
  • A classic ramen noodle soup with Gochujang pork broth, braised pork, shiitake mushrooms, spinach, scallions, and bean sprouts
  • A variety of delicious snack foods, such as Bulgogi fries, crispy buns filled with pork belly, and house-made kimchi

Alongside the food menu, the Mokbar will also serve up both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, like signature iced teas, a full beer menu, and sparkling cocktails made with soju.

The food hall at Caesars Palace is quickly becoming a go-to spot for eating a celebrity chef restaurants in Las Vegas. Along with the new Esther Choi restaurant, it currently features a burger place by Bobby Flay and a chicken shop by Guy Fieri.

The new Esther Choi restaurant in Las Vegas is located at The Forum Food Hall at Caesars Palace. It’s open from 5 a.m. to 2 a.m. daily.
