Peter Luger Steak House is a legendary Brooklyn-based restaurant that happens to be one of the most-loved in the New York City borough. And, late last year, it opened a new location right on the Las Vegas Strip.

The Nevada Peter Luger Steak House outpost is located at Caesars Palace, one of the best all-inclusive resorts in Las Vegas.

As far as the menu, you won’t have much trouble deciding. The steak house intentionally keeps its offerings bare-bones to not compromise on quality. For dinner, there are only a few items on the menu. If you’re in the market for lunch, there are technically only two lunch specials.

Although relatively spartan, you should trust the Peter Luger Steak House since the restaurant has been serving up the highest quality steak since 1887, according to Las Vegas Magazine.

Despite the simplicity, you can expect only the highest quality. The Luger Burger, for example, is made with a half-pound of USDA Prime beef. It’s also kept intentionally minimalistic, with simple toppings on a sesame seed bun.

The second lunch special is the steak sandwich, which features pieces of dry-aged New York strip that will melt in your mouth. The steak is served on a sandwich roll with horseradish sauce. On the side of either lunch option, you’ll find french fries and iceberg lettuce wedges.

Other options include a full cocktail menu that includes a delicious whiskey-based Bloody Mary, and a dessert menu that might have the best pecan pie you’ve ever tasted.
