As Las Vegas continues to become the capital for everything, they are still finding ways to raise the bar in terms of entertainment. With new venues, long-term activations, and experiences constantly popping up, it is no wonder Vegas doesn’t shy away from doing it up big, and artists are definitely taking notice. We scored tickets to the newly opened NKOTB residency at Park MGM, but as loyal and frequent visitors of Circa Las Vegas Resort and Casino, we decided to take a peek and see if any familiar faces were walking the casino floor.
Lo and behold, who do we see taking the escalator down to Barry’s? None other than Donnie Wahlberg, his wife Jenny McCarthy, and Jonathan Knight. We were too stunned to speak or even try to move closer to see them. They had already been seated for their reservation, but I really hope Jenny got the Oreo Cookie Ice Cream Pie for dessert. By the time we got home, my wondering came to an end, as I saw that Jenny uploaded a Reel on Instagram recapping their night. They ended their night by getting to check out the infamous 143-ft screen at Stadium Swim, and went sixty floors up over the city to tour the Legacy Club. Or what we like to call, just another night in Vegas.
We decided to attempt to beat the heat the next afternoon by heading back to Circa to kick back and relax in the world’s largest sportsbook. As we were paying for our coffees, about to head downstairs, we caught a glimpse of Executive Richard Wilk, who was escorting Donnie and NKOTB’s Joey McIntyre on another property tour. I hope they went back up to the Legacy Club to catch the sunset. If you can find a better view of the city than atop the Legacy Club, we want to know so that we can show you why it doesn’t come close in comparison. Later in the evening, we saw on Instagram that former 2x power slap champion Isaih Quinones must have been at Barry’s Prime at the same time as Donnie and Joey, since they were seen posing by their table. That would make 2 nights in a row for the Blue Bloods actor.
Getting to say we saw three out of the five NKOTB members before even stepping foot into their show is something we’ll be reeling over for a very long time. It only makes us more excited as our show date approaches. We feel it is safe to say the entertainment in Las Vegas remains unmatched, and you don’t have to wait to get tickets to see your favorite celebs; they could just be waiting to meet you at Circa Las Vegas.
