The Cove Bar & Arcade: Inside Treasure Island’s New Playground

There’s a new play to drink and play at Las Vegas Strip mainstay Treasure Island. Enter The Cove Bar & Arcade.
The Cove Bar & Arcade is a new attraction for visitors to Treasure Island, a storied casino and hotel steeped in Las Vegas Strip history. According to NBC News Las Vegas, the bar and arcade officially opened this month.
Step inside of The Cove, and you’ll find a plethora of different arcade and gaming options, including a six-lane bowling alley, a golf simulator, air hockey, and shuffleboard, among other games and activities.
As you might expect from an adult playground, The Cove Bar & Arcade also features a full-service cocktail bar with a variety of drink options and more traditional Vegas gaming offerings like eight video poker stations.
“Treasure Island guests now have a brand-new spot to drink and play, and The Cove Bar and Arcade is perfect for anyone looking to game in an exciting, high-energy environment,” said Robert Owens, a Treasure Island spokesperson, in a press release.

The Cove Bar & Arcade replaces what was an existing meeting and convention space at Treasure Island. The facility also used to house the Kahunaville restaurant before it was shuttered in 2016.
Game cards for the new option will start at $20 for 30 minutes of arcade gaming. It’s open from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. Friday and Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. the rest of the week.
“Our goal is to continue to elevate our guest experience, offering fresh and entertaining options for guests to explore, and The Cove is a fun addition to the many amenities on the property,” Owens said.
