The World’s 50 Best Restaurants Are Coming to Las Vegas

The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, an annual ceremony that honors the best and brightest of the culinary world, is set to hit Las Vegas this summer.

As the name suggests, the World’s 50 Best Restaurants honors some of the best restaurants in the world. For 2024, its host city is Las Vegas — and many of the world’s best chefs will descend upon the city in June when it’s scheduled to take place.

The restaurants are determined by a panel of more than 1,000 culinary experts through a structured and audited voting process. According to the organization that runs the ceremony, the event “provides a snapshot of some of the best destinations for unique culinary experiences.”

According to Eater, the selection of Sin City as the host city for the event is an “exciting recognition for Las Vegas as a city that needs to be taken more seriously for its culinary diversity and talent.” Indeed, Las Vegas is already home to some of the world’s best restaurants.

As you might expect, the event won’t just include an awards ceremony. Instead, there will be a full week of culinary festivities — from exclusive curated dinners to weeklong dining series spread throughout the Las Vegas Valley.

The World’s 50 Best Restaurants in Las Vegas event will kick off on Sunday, June 2 and will run through Saturday, June 8.
