Andiamo Italian Steakhouse welcomes the appetites of Super Bowl Champ Nate Ebner, UFC fighters Kamaru Usman and Frank Shamrock
The D Casino Hotel is known for its roster of famous guests, ranging from musicians, to actors, to athletes. Nate Ebner showed up with the appetite of a Super Bowl champion as he started off the evening at one of his favorite dinner spots- the D’s renowned Andiamo Italian Steakhouse. Accompanying Nate was his good friend and D Executive, Richard Wilk. The restaurant’s top-notch service and award-winning entrees served as the perfect pre-game concoction before the USA Sevens Rugby Parade of Nations, which they enjoyed from the D’s VIP viewing area.
The Fremont Street Experience was lively as ever, jam-packed with supportive tourists and locals alike. Nate’s VIP seat was fitting, not only due to his talents in the NFL, but also because of the fact that at a mere 17 years old, he became the youngest to ever play on the United States National Rugby Sevens team.
The parade eventually ended, but the celebration continued at the D’s world famous LONGBAR. Security was needed when NFL fans flooded the casino after sneaking a peak of the Superbowl champ in the VIP viewing box. Nate was very cordial as he posed for selfies with teary-eyed guests, many of whom were decked out in Patriots gear.

When NFL and NHL come together, the result is nothing short of epic. That’s exactly what happened when Nate Ebner met D Host/Former NHL player, Darren Banks! The duo chatted it up and shared some laughs before Nate headed out- D style. Before Nate climbed into the D’s SUV stretch limo, he posed for one final photo with some of the D girls.

Throughout the weekend, two other famous athletes were spotted dining and kicking back at the D at the same time. The up-and-coming UFC fighter, Kamaru Usman dined at Andiamo and was accompanied by the D’s sports and entertainment host, Dee Dee Williams for the best kind of “good luck” meal before he competes in Buffalos’ UFC 210.

On the following night, chowing down in style was retired UFC middleweight champ, Frank Shamrock. He was gracious enough to pose for some fan selfies as he was chatting with his buddies; he even made sure to get a photo in front of the Andiamo sign to commemorate a steak well-done.
