Cabo Wabo Cantina to Host UFC Viewing Parties for Highly Anticipated Title Fights in January and February
Cabo Wabo Cantina, located inside Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood, will host action-packed viewing parties for upcoming Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) title fights (Pictured: Robbie Lawler – Photo credit Getty/Zuffa LLC).
Title fights in January and February will include a showdown between Robbie “Ruthless” Lawler and Carlos “The Natural Born Killer” Condit in UFC 195 on Saturday, Jan. 2; and the highly anticipated rematch between Fabricio “Vai Cavalo” Werdum and Cain Velasquez in UFC 196, on Saturday, Feb. 6.
UFC 195 will feature a welterweight title fight between Lawler and Condit in Las Vegas. UFC 196 will give Velasquez another shot at the heavyweight title in his rematch with champion Werdum in Las Vegas. Velasquez originally lost the heavyweight title to Werdum in UFC 188 last May in Mexico City.
The championship bouts will be shown in Cabo Wabo’s private upstairs lounge, The LOFT, on numerous flat-panel big-screen TVs, including a 184-inch video grid, a 180-inch projection screen and two 80-inch high-definition TVs. For an admission fee, guests will take in the Pay-Per-View fights while enjoying panoramic views of the Strip, beer bucket specials, signature cocktails and a full list of menu items available for purchase.
