Commonwealth to Introduce ‘Uncommon Canvas’ Sunday Painting Events
Embrace your inner Picasso! Commonwealth, the stylish cocktail bar located in the heart of downtown Las Vegas, will host “Uncommon Canvas,” a series of Sunday night painting events from 6 to 9 p.m. beginning on Sunday, April 26.
Painters of all experience levels are invited to attend painting classes hosted by Christina Ambubuyog, local artist and owner of the I Love Intuition art studio. Ambubuyog will guide the students through a step-by-step interpretation and recreation of each week’s painting.
Local artists from Industry Supporting Industry (ISI) Group will show off their talents throughout the evening by creating drawings of still life subjects using a number of visually dynamic techniques and generating creativity among students.
Classes are priced at $30 per person, and include art supplies, lesson fees and one complimentary Jameson Irish Mule. Commonwealth’s specialty cocktail menu will also be available for purchase.
