Congrats, Summerlin South All-Star Teams and Good Luck!
We would like to wish the best of luck to the Summerlin South Little League all-star teams that have moved on to the state championships! In addition, congrats to the the girls softball 10U and 12U teams who won state last week. The 12U girls left today to represent Nevada in the Western Regional tournament.
This is the very first year that Summerlin South had every all-star team win their district championships to proceed further into the state finals, and hopefully the 12U’s make it all the way to the World Series.
Tonight, 10U, 11U and 12U all-star teams from Summerlin South Little League take the field at Veterans’ Memorial Park in Boulder City and vie for regionals, while the girls embark on their San Bernardino quest to move on to the highly-anticipated World Series.
We’re rooting for these hard-working athletes this season. Here’s to hopefully winning it all, but most importantly, having lots of fun!
