F1 Driver Charles Leclerc Breaks the Michelin Time Trial Challenge Record at Exotics Racing Las Vegas
Twenty-one-year-old Formula One driver Charles Leclerc clocked an outstanding 48.959 lap time on Exotics Racing’s 1.5-mile Las Vegas racetrack, breaking the Michelin Time Trial Challenge record (Pictured: Formula One Driver Charles Leclerc and Michelin Time Trial Challenge record holder for female drivers Doreen Seidel).

Charles Leclerc is a racecar driver for Scuderia Ferrari Formula One, the racing division of luxury Italian auto manufacturer Ferrari. Teammate of four-time Formula One World Champion Sebastian Vettel, Leclerc currently ranks fifth in the 2019 F1 World Championship and is one of the circuit’s fastest and youngest drivers, claiming two pole positions and five podiums already this year.

Past participants in the Michelin Time Trial Challenge include famous driver Mario Andretti, celebrities including Zac Efron and Michelle Rodriguez, and local race car drivers Romain Thievin and Kyle Busch.
