Join Tight End Adam Bergen and Locomotion Dancers at American Badass Fridays for Season Ending Party Nov. 11

The Las Vegas Locos are inviting fans to celebrate the team’s successful 2010 UFL Football season with a season ending party at American Badass Fridays at Revolver Saloon and Dance Hall at Sante Fe Station Casino at 10pm on Friday November 12.

The Las Vegas Locomotives will celebrate the end of their second season in the city of Las Vegas before heading off to Omaha, NE, to defend the UFL Championship they won in 2009 at Rosenblatt Stadium on Saturday, November 27 (live 9am PST, Versus).

The party will be hosted by Tight End Adam Bergen and the Locomotion Dance Team. There will be drink specials with $1 draft beers and $2 Jack Daniels shots until midnight with a $5 cover.

Two-year veteran Bergen played an important role in the 2009 championship season as he caught 16 passes for 190 yards in the 2009 six game regular season. This season in helping the Locos back to the season finale with the aim of establishing a UFL dynasty, Bergen has caught 17 passes for 120 yards, averaging 7 yards a catch with one touchdown in five games.

Off the field Bergen has been busy starting a new charity called “87 Plays” that benefits local area children. The mission of 87 Plays is to promote participation in school athletics by raising funding to prevent program cuts among schools in Nevada and nationwide.

Fans can help Adam and his organization by buying raffle tickets to win a brand new 2010 Toyota Prius from Findlay Toyota. Tickets are just $10 and the drawing will take place in December 2010.

All proceeds from the raffle will go towards youth sports programs in Las Vegas. For more information on 87 Plays and the raffle log on to www.87plays.org/

The Las Vegas Locos final regular season game is on Saturday November 20th at 12:30pm PST / 3:30pm EST at Rentschler Field in East Hartford against the Hartford Colonials. The must win game for the Colonials and final tune up for the Locos will be broadcast nationally on Versus and streamed live on UFL-Football.com.

The fifth and final UFL game in Omaha on November 27 will mark the end of an era for Rosenblatt Stadium.
