Las Vegas Aces Select Jackie Young, the No. 1 Pick During the WNBA Draft
Las Vegas Aces have selected Jackie Young, a new star player and the No. 1 pick during the WNBA draft.
This week the top college seniors from around the country — as well as some draft-eligible juniors, were selected to compete in the upcoming WNBA season that’s tipping off on Friday, May 24th.
Jackie Young, current Notre Dame Guard and the first of five Notre Dame players to be drafted, decided to enter the draft early and skip her senior season. After being selected #1 by the Las Vegas Aces on Wednesday night, her dreams of being in WNBA have finally come true.
