MB Steak Heats Up March Mayhem with Hoops, Hops and Hot Wagyu Dogs
MB Steak at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Las Vegas will put a steakhouse spin on a game day favorite with the introduction of a wagyu hot dog during March Mayhem games. The gourmet dog will be available from Tuesday, March 19 through Monday, April 8.
MB Steak’s executive chef, Patrick Munster, will prepare a grilled wagyu hot dog topped with shaved black truffles, pinot noir mustard and house-made pickles on a fresh brioche bun, priced at $29. A recommended pairing for the hot dog is Seven-Five Brewing Company’s Training Day beer by Vegas Golden Knights forward, Ryan Reeves. Beginning nightly at 5 p.m., the games will be shown on TVs within the restaurant’s bar and lounge.
MB Steak’s full menu, featuring a wide selection of premium steaks, savory sides and indulgent desserts, will also be available.
