Carano kicked off her evening at Tabú earlier in the evening when she attended the UFC 145: Jon “Bones” Jones vs. “Suga” Rashad Evans Viewing Party. Following the party, Carano, her sister Christi, best friend Kiera and an entourage of friends, headed to dinner at Fiamma Trattoria at MGM Grand.

After enjoying a meal of fabulous Italian cuisine, the group headed to the ultra lounge. Carano looked gorgeous in a tight black leather dress, Mary Jane pumps and a straw fedora. She playfully posed for photographers while taking pictures and signing autographs for fans on the carpet. After Carano stepped off the carpet, she and her group made their way inside Las Vegas’ premier ultra lounge. Once settled into their VIP table in front of the DJ booth, the group sipped hand-crafted Absolut cocktails.

Just after midnight, DJ Kid Jay gave Carano a special birthday shout out as her specially made, sugar-free cake decorated with a chocolate ribbon and hand made sugar flowers made its way to the table. Confetti fell from the ceiling as “Birthday Cake” by Rihanna featuring Chris Brown played.

After posing with her cake, Carano joined her friends as they danced to “Black and Yellow” by Wiz Khalifa, “Teach Me How to Dougie” by Cali Swag District and “Yeah 3X” by Chris Brown, among others. The birthday girl later jumped onto her table, dancing to a DJ Kid Jay remix of “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough.” Carano and friends partied late into the night as Kid Jay and Tabú’s sultry go-go dancers kept the crowded club on the dance floor.
