Butler is the cornerback for the New England Patriots in the National Football League (NFL). His interception at the goal line with 20 seconds left in Super Bowl XLIX virtually assured the Patriots their 28-24 victory over the Seattle Seahawks. The interception was the first of Butler’s NFL career.
