Accompanied by a large group of 22, they enjoyed a family-style meal which included signature items such as the shellfish platter, organic fire chicken and roasted Colorado lamb chops.

Following dinner, Sanchez was seen hanging out in the kitchen with Executive Chef Barry S. Dakake and Palms Owner, George Maloof. He revealed his culinary side as he took an impromptu cooking lesson of the signature rock shrimp with Chef Barry.
