Red Rock Resort’s Race and Sports Book
continues to be the premier destination for sports enthusiasts with its new cutting-edge video displays, just in time for football season.

The new 2.5MM Nanoslim Engage LED displays are the largest ones of their kind ever installed in North America and take the viewing experience to an unparalleled level with a sharpness and clarity that brings all the action on the screen to life.

The new displays, measuring 17-feet tall by 31.5-feet wide each, which totals nearly 32 yards of wall-to-wall race and sports book action, INSERT projector screen technology that utilized 18 video projectors. The screens showcase 4K video content for viewing in Ultra High Definition, which is the most sophisticated and best viewing technology currently available. Prior to Red Rock Resort’s unveiling today with the latest LED technology, the finest quality that existed inside a sports book was 4 mm. Now, each light display is only 2.5 mm apart, offering better clarity and brighter pictures in addition reducing the sports book’s HVAC energy costs with its cool-to-the-touch brilliance.

The eco-friendly LED technology was developed by NanoLumens, a company that specializes in creating visual display platforms impactful enough to deliver a truly immersive experience. They partnered with Las Vegas-based National Technology Associates for installation of the screens.

Station Casinos’ race and sports book operations as well as Red Rock Resort have always been committed to providing the most enjoyable race and sports book experience in town and time and time again have been honored by many news outlets as having the “Best Sports Book” in Las Vegas. The Company continues to show its commitment to its race and sports fans with this significant investment as the screens are once again designed with the viewing experience in mind, whether it is showing upwards of 10 college football games on Saturdays, various horse races across the country, March Madness and more. The LED walls are also designed to maximize how the odds are displayed. Furthermore, the ever-present “ticker” is comprised of additional 18-inch tall screens located on the bottom of the video displays, carrying across all three screens and showcasing all the scores and statistics for a multitude of sports.

The race and sports book at Red Rock Resort is the hub for operations for Station Casinos.
