Society Café Kicks Off Pro Football Season with Tailgate Menu

Society Café at Encore Las Vegas gets into the gridiron spirit by kicking off its seasonal “Tailgate” menu. Available in the bar and lounge on game days and Monday through Friday from 4 to 7 PM, Executive Chef and Managing Partner Kim Canteenwalla has assembled a lineup of some of his most popular signature items that are perfect for sharing during a game.  

“Our aim with this menu is to create a fun and social tailgate party atmosphere by offering playful twists to classic comfort dishes that many football fans will probably recognize as favorite pre-game and game time food,” said Canteenwalla. “Plus, the seven flat-screen TV’s throughout the lounge make Society an ideal place to nosh, drink and watch the games.”

The menu includes “Field Goal” options including Mac N’ Cheese Bites with truffle dipping sauce, “Lollipop” Chicken Wings, Grandma Roses Meatballs, and Spicy Pigs in the Blanket. “Touch Down” selections include Pepperoni Flatbread, “Sloppy Joseph” Sliders, SW Fish & Chips, and All Beef Mini Dogs.

Society Café’s “Tailgate” menu also offers a Two-for-One Drinks special including a selection of imported and domestic brews and Well drinks.

Society Café was named one of Esquire magazine’s “Best New Restaurants, 2009,” and offers re-imagined classic American cuisine in a casual, fun and dynamic atmosphere. Open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night bites, Society Café makes three-square meals hip in an equally stylish setting.
