Super Chevy Show Sept. 15-16 at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway

The annual Super Chevy Show (www.superchevyshow.com) will return to The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway Sept. 15-16. The touring Super Chevy Show is an all-Chevrolet drag race, car show, manufacturer midway, swap meet and autocross. Spectator gates will open at 8 a.m. each day.

Friday, Sept. 14 – Test ‘n’ Tune
7 a.m.-9 p.m. – Racer gates open, pit parking.
Noon – Tech inspection.
1 p.m. – Car show early set-up begins.
4-11 p.m. – Super Chevy Show Test ‘n’ Tune (2-run punch card).
9 p.m. – 1/8-mile bonus shootout.
11 p.m. – Track closed.

Saturday, Sept. 15
7 a.m. – Racer gates open, tech inspection, car show roll-in.
8 a.m. – Spectator gates open.
8 a.m. – First Super Chevy Show bracket drag racing time trial, autocross begins.
11 a.m. – Second Super Chevy Show bracket drag racing time trial.
2 p.m. – First time trial for So-Cal Pro Gas, So-Cal Super Street, I-15 Super Comp.
3 p.m. – Super Chevy Show drag racing bracket eliminations.
4 p.m. – Second time trial for So-Cal Pro Gas, So-Cal Super Street, I-15 Super Comp.
5 p.m. – Car show awards.
5 p.m. – Eliminations begin for So-Cal Pro Gas, So-Cal Super Street, I-15 Super Comp.
5:45 p.m. – Car show class winner parade (as part of opening ceremonies).
6 p.m. – National anthem, Super Chevy pro show.
6:05 p.m. – First round of Western Fuel Altered qualifying; Jet Dragsters, wheelstander, feature cars. Continue eliminations for bracket classes and associations.
8:30 p.m. – All bracket and association finals; Jet Dragsters, wheelstander, feature cars.

Sunday, Sept. 16
7 a.m. – Racer gates open.
7:30 a.m. – RFC chapel service.
8 a.m. – Spectator gates open.
8 a.m. – NHRA National Dragster Challenge time trial; Super Chevy bonus race time trial (all-run field).

9 a.m.
Autocross begins, Show ‘n’ Shine opens.
Time trial for So-Cal Pro Gas, So-Cal Super Street, I-15 Super Comp.
Run-for-the-Money for National Dragster Challenge classes.
Run-for-the-Money Super Chevy bonus race participants.
First round of So-Cal Pro Gas, So-Cal Super Street, I-15 Super Comp eliminations.

Noon – National anthem, Western Fuel Altereds, National Dragster Challenge eliminations, Super Chevy bonus race eliminations, continue eliminations for all classes.

Saturday bracket races: $60.
Sunday bracket races – National Dragster Challenge: $60.
Sunday Chevy bonus races: $60.

Weekend restricted-area crew pass: $50.
Single-day restricted-area crew pass: $25.
Extra pit vehicle parking pass: $30.

Car show
Car show three-day entry (includes Saturday show and Sunday shine): $50 (includes 1 weekend pass).
Saturday-only car show: $40.
Sunday Show ‘n’ Shine only (non-judged): $30.
Autocross (free with car show entry).
Autocross only: $40.
Swap meet, car corral: $40.

Spectator admission:
Advance single-day adult: $20
Day-of-show single-day adult: $25.
Kids (ages 6-12): $5.
Kids 5 and under: Free.
General-admission parking: Free.
