The Ultimate Pro Football Handicapping Contest Returns to Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino with 6th Annual Supercontest Weekend
The ultimate pro football handicapping contest is returning to the world-famous Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino with the 6th annual SuperContest Weekend.
Held Thursday, August 17, 2017 through Saturday, August 19, 2017 inside the world-famous Race & Sports SuperBook, the SuperContest Weekend will include an appearance from broadcasting legend Brent Musburger, the annual “Super Golf” outing at the famous Las Vegas Country Club and the chance to win an entry into the 2017 SuperContest.
- Open to the public, the SuperContest Weekend will kick off Thursday, August 17 with a live broadcast of Vegas Stats Information Network (VSiN) and broadcasting legend Brent Musburger from the “My Guys in the Desert” show, who will preview the entire football season and help raffle of SuperContest Broadcasts will begin at 11 a.m. daily. Over the course of the weekend, six SuperContest entries will be given away and the weekend will conclude with the annual “Super Golf” outing at the famous Las Vegas Country Club. - Fresh off awarding more than $900,000 to the 2016 winner, the SuperContest is the ultimate pro football handicapping contest in the world. Entries are being accepted now through Saturday, September 9, 2017 at 11 a.m. The contest has a $1,500 entry fee prior to the start of the regular professional football season and contestants pick five games each week against the contest line. The contestant who correctly earns the most points for the entire pro football schedule will be declared the champion and collect the entire prize pool. Non-Nevada residents may take part by using a proxy to enter their selections each week. Westgate Resort and Casino is not affiliated with any proxy service. - In addition to the SuperContest the SuperBook has added SuperContest Gold. This all new $5,000 contest is separate from the SuperContest and the winner will walk away with 100% of the entry fees. This winner-take-all contest will have contestants selecting five pro football games, similar to the SuperContest, each week versus the Westgate contest line.
