Las Vegas Wranglers and Stars of A&E’s “Bad Ink” to Host Fourth Annual “Regrettable Tattoo Night” March 22

Dirk Vermin and Rob Ruckus of A&E’s “Bad Ink”
The Las Vegas Wranglers’
fourth annual “Regrettable Tattoo Night” will take place on Saturday, Mar. 22, while the team faces off against the Colorado Eagles. The event itself will be hosted by Dirk Vermin and Rob Ruckus (pictured), as seen on “Bad Ink” on A&E, followed by a free post-game concert from Great American Taxi immediately after the game.

During the game, local patrons will receive the chance to have their “regrettable tattoos” judged by A&E stars Vermin, owner of the local Pussykat Tattoo Parlor, and Ruckus. Contestants with the most troublesome ink will take the ice during the first intermission where the “Bad Ink” stars, with help from the fans, will decide who will be crowned owner of the night’s most regrettable tattoo. The winner will receive a certificate for one free tattoo from Vermin himself.

Fans can enter the contest by emailing a photo of their tattoo to info@lasvegaswranglers.com, posting it to the Wranglers’ facebook page LasVegasWrangers or tweeting it to @WranglersLV. Applicants must be sure to include their name and phone number in their submissions.

The event will also feature the third free post-game concert of the 2013-14 season as Great American Taxi will take the stage immediately following the game. All ticketed patrons are invited to stay for the concert, which boasts the Americana, Rock n’ Roll, Jamband and traditional roots sounds of Great American Taxi.

According to Vintage Guitar Magazine, the traveling five-piece band boasts a “giddy combination of boogie, blues, bluegrass, nu-grass and honky-tonk…” and “is as readily infectious and genuinely freewheeling as its eclectic content might imply.” The band, which released their debut album in 2007, has also seen two of their records achieve top-20 status on the American Radio charts, with 2010’s Reckless Habits coming in at Number 12 and Paradise Lost (2008) hitting as high as Number eight.
