For the Wranglers’ 10th “FANniversary” game on Friday, Jan. 19, the team donned themed jerseys featuring a Children’s Hospital of Nevada patch that were auctioned on the arena concourse. Fans purchased the game-worn jerseys for $6,180, and a portion of ticket sales netted an additional $1,850 gifted to the hospital.

“We are very grateful to the Wranglers for this extremely generous donation,” said Lisa Pacheco, RN, BSN Director of Maternal Child Services at Children’s Hospital of Nevada at UMC. “From the team’s visit to Children’s Hospital of Nevada last week, to a great night on the ice, we can feel the heartwarming support for our pediatric patients.”

The Wranglers head east this weekend for a game against the Trenton Titans on Friday, Jan. 25, and two games against the Reading Royals on Jan. 26 and 27. The team returns home for a four-game stretch starting on Wednesday, Jan. 30, against the Bakersfield Condors, and promotions include a post-game concert by alt-country legend Todd Snider on Friday, Feb. 1, and “Over 18 Night” with the world’s first professional topless hockey team on Monday, Feb. 4 at 9:05 p.m.
