Las Vegas Raiderettes to Call Matter Park @ West Henderson Home
Matter Real Estate Group, a community-minded development firm, have announced that the Las Vegas Raiders have chosen Matter Park @ West Henderson as the new headquarters for the Las Vegas Raiderettes. The proximity of the modern, high-image office and warehouse business park to the new Las Vegas Raiders headquarters and training center make it the ideal choice for “Football’s Fabulous Females.”
The Raiderettes’ headquarters will comprise of 20,000 of the 300,000-square-feet of the first phase of Matter Park @ West Henderson, which will be joined by an additional 500,000-square-feet in phase two, set to open summer 2022. When completed, the $90 million development will span 37 acres with seven buildings offering office, flex and showroom space, in addition to warehouse and distribution space.
