Echo & Rig Offering Takeout + Curbside Pickup
In addition to keeping the Echo & Rig Butcher shop open (maintaining only 4 customers within the store at a time), Chef Sam Marvin is offering healthy, family-appropriate takeout items for purchase.
If customers call and order over the phone, Echo & Rig will drop the items directly into a popped trunk. Customers can also order in-store. Operating hours are 11:00 am to 4:00 pm daily.
