Life is better buzzed, at least according to a new viral California coffee shop that recently opened in Las Vegas called Better Buzz.
Better Buzz is a Southern California coffee shop that was born in San Diego in 2002. It started as a coffee cart at a mall in the Mira Mesa neighborhood of the city, but has since expanded to encompass 24 locations across Southern California and Arizona.
Soon, the Better Buzz footprint will include a Las Vegas location. More specifically, the coffee shop will be located on the western edge of Henderson, and it’s set to open on Thursday, Oct. 17.
With a yellow, black, and white color scheme and branding that is filled with honeycombs, the coffee shop’s name is a nod to both bees and to their number one product: coffee. More specifically, the coffee shop uses hand-selected beans and a specialized light roast to ensure a better caffeine buzz.
To celebrate the opening, the Better Buzz Las Vegas location will be offering a special Espresso Old Fashioned mocktail made with espresso, grenadine, bitters, an orange slice, and cherries. Through Nov. 15, a portion of the proceeds from the sale of these old-fashioned mocktails will also support Three Square Food Bank, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
Along with the Espresso Old Fashioned, the Better Buzz Las Vegas location will also serve a variety of handcrafted coffee drinks, tea, and breakfast items like avocado toast and açai bowls. Most of their drinks can be served iced, making them perfect for those hot Las Vegas days.
The Review-Journal also notes that Better Buzz is also looking into opening up additional locations in the Las Vegas Valley. Over time, they’re sure to become some of the best coffee shops in Las Vegas.
