Vegas Is Next On List For Mariah Carey’s Holiday Bar
After debuting in New York, Mariah Carey’s fully immersive Holiday Bar is expanding to new cities, and Vegas is on the map. As announced by Bucket Listers, the festive experience will open on November 28, 2025, at On The Record at Park MGM in Las Vegas.
While exact hours are still to be confirmed, the pop-up will run through the holiday season. It also happens to coincide with Carey’s 10-show Las Vegas residency at the same property. Vegas will join Los Angeles, Miami, and New York as cities hosting the holiday bar this year. The experience promises to bring Mariah’s holiday universe to life in grand style.
What Fans Can Expect Inside The Mariah Wonderland
Stepping into Mariah Carey’s Holiday Bar will feel like walking straight into one of her Christmas music videos. The immersive pop-up transforms On The Record at Park MGM into a glittering winter landscape. It will feature nostalgia, music, and plenty of sparkle. Fans will find festive photo opportunities throughout the space, including elaborate holiday backdrops that let guests re-create some of Mariah’s most iconic Christmas moments.
A highlight of the experience is the “Letters to Mariah” station, where guests can write their own holiday wish lists to the Queen of Christmas herself. Meanwhile, the soundtrack will keep the cheer going, with “All I Want for Christmas Is You” playing every 30 minutes. This comes alongside a rotation of other beloved Mariah holiday classics.
To keep spirits bright, the menu features signature dishes and festive cocktails. The specials will include pours of Carey’s own Black Irish cream liqueur, adding a personal touch to the celebration. Visitors can also shop for exclusive Mariah Carey holiday merchandise and limited-edition vinyls available only for the 2025 season.

That said, the holiday hype is officially underway. With her Las Vegas residency “Christmastime in Las Vegas” set to kick off in November at Dolby Live, the Holiday Bar will serve as a festive prelude and celebration.
