Party Por La Noche at Commonwealth’s New ‘Martes’ Latin Night
Hips don’t lie! Commonwealth will bring the heat to the heart of downtown Las Vegas with “Martes,” a Latin-inspired rooftop fiesta every Tuesday from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. beginning July 21 (Pictured: Commonwealth Rooftop – Photo credit: Anthony Mair).
“Martes” will feature live DJ sets from DJ Low and guests, who will spin the best Latin house, salsa, bachata, merengue, reggaeton and Spanish hip-hop music. Master mixologist Dan Marohnic will spice up the night with signature drink selections including the Don Juan, handcrafted with Don Julio Blanco tequila, club soda and a lime wedge; and the Burro, made with Ketel One vodka, fresh lime juice, ginger beer and a lime wedge, each priced at $8.
Additional drink selections include beer buckets with five cans of Modelo Especial or Corona, priced at $25; an 8-ounce carafe of Don Julio 1942, priced at $80; and specialty tableside margaritas, crafted with Don Julio Blanco tequila, priced at $40 for a pitcher that serves four, or individually priced $10. Guests will have the opportunity to shake their farm-to-table margaritas and choose from classic garnishes including a salted rim, fresh fruit, a lime or lemon twist, fresh mint or basil leaves.
Located at 525 E. Fremont St., Commonwealth is open Tuesday through Friday from 6 p.m. to close and 7 p.m. to close on Saturday. More information is available by calling 702.798.7000, at www.CommonwealthLV.com, on Facebook and on Twitter.
