TREVI Las Vegas Introduces Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten-free Menu
TREVI Italian Restaurant inside The Forum Shops at Caesars has simplified the ordering process for any guests on restrictive diets with the launch of a vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free menu, available now (Pictured: Margherita Pizza).
Based off of the award-winning existing menu, TREVI’s specialty selections include: vegetarian options such as a margherita pizza topped with Roma tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil, priced at $18; Melanzane Fritte, thinly-sliced eggplant crisps served with marinara sauce, priced at $7; and Campione di Bruschetta, a sampling of chef-inspired relishes and dips with grilled Tuscan bread, priced at $15.
Minestrone Soup
The vegan menu offers minestrone soup, priced at $9; Spaghetti Aglio e Olio, with artichokes, asparagus, tomatoes and green beans topped with toasted garlic, extra virgin olive oil and crushed peppers, priced at $19; and Zucchini Oreganata with petite white beans, green beans, concassé tomatoes and oregano gastrique, priced at $22.
Gluten-free selections include Cozze Marechiaro, fresh mussels in a white wine, garlic and tomato broth, priced at $15; Pollo e Cavolo, pasta stuffed with chicken and kale and tossed with cherry tomatoes and Gorgonzola, priced at $22; and Bistecca Fiorentina, a 16-ounce bone-in ribeye smothered in amogio sauce and served with fresh tomato, red onion and blue cheese salad, priced at $36.
