A $50 Million Steakhouse, Speakeasy and Event Space is Landing in Las Vegas

A new three-story building that will house a $50 million steakhouse, speakeasy, and space for events is set to land in southwest Las Vegas.

Las Vegas is known for being home to some of the world’s best restaurants, but the goal for this project — currently dubbed Skyline — is to create a high-end restaurant and entertainment space that isn’t attached to a casino or resort to the area, according to a story by Las Vegas Review-Journal seen by Vegas News.

Along with the eye-popping $50 million steakhouse, the building could also feature a cafe, wine cellar, speakeasy, and event space. Speaking of space, local county officials recently approved plans that could include 72,000 square feet of space for all of the aforementioned elements.

Current plans indicate that the ground floor of the building could house a high-end wine store and pastry shop. The second floor would be dedicated to event space, while the third floor would include a high-end restaurant — likely a steakhouse.

If that wasn’t enough of a draw, the project could also include an outdoor plaza next to the building, and outdoor terrace space on the second and third floors that might offer amazing views of the Las Vegas Strip.

The Skyline project and $50 million steakhouse and event space is being developed by Hukl Investments, which owns Sunny Side Up and La Madre restaurants — the latter of which belongs on the list of the best Mexican restaurants in Las Vegas.

Construction on the project is slated to kick off later this year, with a tentative opening date planned for late 2025 or early 2026.
