Nevada is officially one of the most “stressed-out” states in the country, and that might be partially due to the free booze that floods the town’s hottest casinos.
The good news is that companies and luxury spas are using high-performance science to cure the most common of ailments in Vegas. Hangovers. The spas are using everything from cryotherapy and infrared saunas to floatation therapy, LED light treatments, and IV drips, all designed to help the body reset and recover.

If some of the ideas sound familiar, it’s because these are the same tools used by the Las Vegas Aces, the city’s championship WNBA team, and other elite athletes after performing at the highest levels.
Now, it’s available to everyone, not just athletes.
A new oasis just opened its doors in Summerlin, a beautiful suburb just a short distance from the vibrant strip, that offers a few things to give you a pep back in your step. Pause Studio, a modern wellness brand that’s redefining recovery, officially opened its first Nevada location on Saturday, October 18 — and many showed up in full force to chill out, literally.

“Pause Studio has helped people across the country recover faster and feel better, and with Nevada now ranked the second most stressed state in the nation, this is about more than self-care; it’s about public health,” said franchise owner Joyce Toti during the ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The event had a full Vegas flair, with raffles, discovery packages, and wellness-inspired snacks as guests toured the minimalist, calming studio. It’s a perfect fit for a city that runs on high energy, bright lights, and not nearly enough sleep.

Pause Studio’s new location is the brand’s 25th nationwide and one of the first in Nevada to combine so many recovery and relaxation options under one roof.
Now, the only question is, do they deliver to your hotel room at 10 am?!
We are guessing anything is possible!
